Let’s explore how to spend 7 days in Andalusia in south of Spain? In 7 days, you won’t be able to visit all the major spots and landmark. And if you want to get most of it, it will be intensed!

But one thing sure, is that for most of it, it will be with sun and much warm weather. Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga are all on the program.

We will visit Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga. To do so we will only use public transportation. Many people are renting a car, but you can really well do it without one:

  • Day 1: Arrive in Seville
  • Day 2: Visit Seville
  • Day 3: Visit Seville
  • Day 4: Day trip to Cordoba
  • Day 5: Transfer to Granada & Visit
  • Day 6: Visit Granada & Transfer to Malaga
  • Day 7: Visit Malaga & Return

Note that if you have a car, you can add to this itinerary or adjust it.

Day 1: Arrive in Seville

Arrive in Seville in Seville with its international Airport and then take the EA bus to the city center and get to your accommodation. In the afternoon, visit Triana and the Azujelos museum.

Day 2: Visit Seville

Start with a Free Walking Tour to learn about the city and then hang around the biggest park and most popular plaza (Spanish Square) in town before going back on the riverbank to chill the night out.

Day 3: Visit Seville

Visit the old city center and all its UNESCO world heritage monuments: Royal Alcázar of Seville, Catedral de Sevilla, Archivo de Indias then hang around the Santa Cruz and finish the day with a Flamenco show at Centro Cultural Flamenco “Casa de la Memoria”

Royal Alcázar of Seville

Day 4: Day trip to Cordoba

Take the 9h13 train to Cordoba and explore the magnificent Mosque-cathedral and the garden of the Alcazar of the Christian Monarchs. Then stroll around the other famous landmarks of Cordoba.

Travel Cordoba

Day 5: Transfer to Granada & Visit

Take a morning bus or train to Granada. In the afternoon, go explore the old city center, pop by the cathedral. Visit the Andalusian monument, Sacromonte and all the viewpoints.

Granada Travel Guide

Day 6: Visit Granada & Transfer to Malaga

Time to explore the most visited monument of Span, the Alhambra, a beautiful palace and fortress and top of the hill. In the afternoon, take a bus or train to Malaga.

The Nasrid Palaces

Day 7: Visit Malaga

In the morning, explore the Alcazaba. On your way stop at the Teatro Romano de Málaga. Then walk up to Castillo de Gibralfaro for a crazy view of the city. After a lunch break, head to the beach using Pérgolas de la Victoria and come back by Málaga Park.

In the evening or late afternoon, fly back.
