  • By Bike – If you enjoy cycling, you can follow the scenic bike paths from Graz to Thal. The ride takes about 30–40 minutes and is a great way to enjoy the Styrian countryside.

Walking around the lake takes about 45 minutes, making it an easy and enjoyable add-on before heading back to Graz.

Tickets & Opening Hours

The Arnold Schwarzenegger Museum is open all year, but the hours change depending on the season. In summer, the days are long, so you can visit well into the evening, while in winter it’s only open on weekends and public holidays.

From July to August, the museum opens every day from 9:30 to 19:30 (last entry 19:00). In spring and autumn (April to June and September to October), it’s open daily from 10:00 to 18:00, with a short lunch break between 14:00 and 14:30. Last admission is at 17:30. During the winter months (November to March), you can visit Friday to Sunday and on holidays, from 10:00 to 17:00, again with the same lunch break and last entry at 16:30.

Tickets cost €14.90 for adults and €11.90 for reduced admission (students, seniors, groups, etc.). Children between 5 and 14, as well as school classes, also get a reduced price.
