Ingredients for Vegan Pancakes Recipe
Serves : 2 people
- 1 cup oats
- 1/3 cup rice flour/chesnut or simply cake flour
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup nut milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract or pinch of nutmeg, orange zest.
Toppings: any nut butter, grated coconut, any fruit you like, extra cinnamon, homemade fruit chia jam, homemade granola, chocolate chips.
To Make Vegan Pancakes Recipe
- Simply add all ingredients into a blender and blend them until smooth.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the cooking surface with a drop of coconut oil.
- Pour pancake batter into skillet and make a circle.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes more.
- It’s time for your favourite healthy toppings!
