This is going to be an amazing 2 weeks in Argentina and Uruguay. Argentina is huge and in 2 weeks you will only get a glimpse of it. That is why this itinerary is made to stay near Buenos Aires and discover amazing places not too far.

You will explore this amazing capital, ride a ferry to Uruguay and fly to the largest waterfall of Iguazu.

Day 2: Visit Palermo

Head out to explore Palermo district. Stroll Around Plaza Serrano, get an ice cream at Rapa nui, visit Plaza Italia, discover Jardín Botánico Carlos Thays, Bosques De Palermo and the Jardín Japonés.

Day 3: Visit Recoleta

Take a metro and get to Avenue Alvear, the champ Elizee of Buenos Aires. Stroll until Plaza San Martín de Tours and then head to Claustros Históricos Basílica del Pilar before visiting Recoleta Cemetery. From there head to Plaza Francia and Floralis Genérica.

Day 4: Visit San Telmo & Downtown

Take the Metro until the Merca San Telmo (be sure that the FERIA is that day, if not switch the day), from there get all the way up toward downtown to discover the amazing flea market of San Telmo. Along the way stop at Basílica Nuestra Señora del Rosario.

Once at the end, visit the Plaza de Mayo with its cathedral and numeros monuments before heading toward Florida Street, the Obelisk, Teatro Colón and the Plaza Gral. Lavalle

Day 5: Visit Puerto Madero & La Boca

First head to the old port of Puerto Madero. Hang around this beautiful area before heading toward the Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur.

Then head south to La Boca District to discover a small but colourful place of BA.

Day 6: Visit Belgrano & Tigre

Get to Belgrano (or China town) visit the Chinese-like street before taking the overground to Tigre where you will hang around the canal and discover a small and quiet place not far from BA.

Day 7: Spare day in Buenos Aires

With all there is to do in Buenos Aires, it could be hard to do keep on and having a spare day would allow you to take it easy.

Also, at night, go try some tango lesson in Cathedral Club! It’s amazing!

Day 8: Fly to Puerto Iguazu

Get back to the airport and fly to Puerto Iguazu and get ready to see the Iguazu waterfalls.

Take the bus to the Iguazu National Park Nature Interpretation Center and spend the day discovering this beautiful part of the world.
